By using Star of Danu, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or its paid services.
Entertainment and personal reflection only
Tarot, oracle, astrology, symbolism, folklore, and related content are offered for entertainment, creativity, spiritual exploration, and personal reflection. Readings are interpretive and symbolic. They do not guarantee future events or outcomes.
Not professional advice
Star of Danu does not provide medical, mental-health, legal, financial, investment, tax, or other professional advice. Do not use a reading to diagnose a condition, decide whether to start or stop treatment or medication, predict a medical or legal outcome, make an investment decision, or replace guidance from a qualified professional.
Danu may decline questions that ask for diagnosis, prognosis, treatment instructions, crisis guidance, legal conclusions, investment decisions, or other high-stakes professional judgments. You may still ask reflective questions about your feelings, priorities, coping, relationships, or how you want to approach a difficult situation.
Emergencies and immediate safety
Star of Danu is not an emergency or crisis service. If you believe you or another person may be in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or an appropriate crisis resource in your area.
Your choices remain your own
You are responsible for decisions you make after using the site. A reading can be one source of reflection, but it should not be the sole basis for decisions involving health, safety, money, legal rights, employment, housing, or other high-stakes matters.
Accounts and younger visitors
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in information secure and for activity under your account. Star of Danu welcomes a broad audience, but accounts, purchases, and submission of personal information are intended for people age 13 and older. If you are under the age of majority where you live, use paid services only with the permission of a parent or legal guardian. Children under 13 should not create an account, make a purchase, or submit personal information through the site.
Respectful use and names
Optional name fields may be left blank. You may use your real first name or a nickname from any language or writing system. Star of Danu is a global and inclusive space. We may reject abusive, obscene, deceptive, excessively long, code-like, or unsafe entries so they are not repeated in readings, emails, or reports.
Paid offerings and subscriptions
Prices and the contents of paid readings, reports, or memberships are shown before purchase. Recurring subscriptions renew according to the cadence and price shown at checkout until canceled. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not ordinarily reverse a charge that has already been completed. Purchases are also subject to our Purchases & Refunds policy.
Email delivery
Subscription emails and purchase messages may sometimes be filtered into Promotions, Junk, or Spam by your email provider. Delivery timing can also be affected by the provider you use. If you subscribe to daily guidance, add Star of Danu to your contacts or safe-sender list and move the first message to your primary inbox when needed.
Intellectual property
Original Star of Danu writing, branding, artwork, readings, site design, and original oracle material are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Historical works and public-domain deck imagery may have different rights and source histories, which Star of Danu identifies where appropriate.
Availability, AI-assisted experiences, and changes
Some personalized experiences may use automated or AI-assisted systems to turn calculated astrology data, selected cards, and your question into readable language. These systems can make mistakes. We may update, add, remove, or temporarily suspend features as the site develops.
Privacy
Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy. Please do not enter sensitive medical, financial, legal, account-security, or identification information into a reading question.
Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms as Star of Danu develops. The updated date at the top of this page will reflect material revisions.
