We’re so happy you found us.
There is something deeply human about being invited into another person’s story. Sacred Readers was created for thoughtful, intuitive people who understand that guidance can be meaningful without becoming frightening, controlling or absolute.
A different kind of reading space
Star of Danu is built around kindness, integrity, ancient wisdom and human connection. We want clients to leave a conversation feeling heard, steadier and more able to choose their own path. We are looking for readers who bring warmth, professionalism and genuine respect to that experience.
Your practice remains your own
Sacred Readers work with Star of Danu as independent contractors, not employees. You decide whether to offer your services, when you are available, which opportunities you accept and how you conduct your independent reading practice within our safety, ethics and professional standards. There are no required shifts or minimum hours. Once you accept a scheduled conversation, however, we ask you to honor that commitment to the client except when a genuine emergency or verified technical problem makes that impossible.
Please know our standards before you apply
Every Sacred Reader is expected to understand and uphold the standards that protect this community. Please review these before applying:
How our vetting works
Every reader is vetted before joining Sacred Readers. We begin with a relaxed 15-minute conversation so we can get to know one another, followed by a 15-minute sample reading. It is not about performing or putting on a show. We are listening for the qualities that matter here: intuition, communication, judgment, kindness, professionalism and alignment with the Sacred Promise.
Rates that reflect your gift
You choose your own session prices. Offer the lengths that suit your practice, with one customer price for each length across phone, chat and video. After direct session costs, the remaining reading revenue is shared 70% with you and 30% with Star of Danu. My Session Rates shows the current fees and an estimate of what you will earn; provider cost estimates update automatically.
A weekly rhythm you can plan around
We release eligible earnings weekly through Stripe Connect, allowing a full week between the week you worked and the Monday release. For example, readings completed Monday through Sunday are scheduled for release the second Monday after that Sunday. Bank arrival times vary. If a payment still needs verification, that portion stays pending while your other eligible earnings can be released.
A comfortable space for your readings
Bring a suitable computer or laptop, reliable high-speed internet, a quiet place to connect and a professional profile photo. If you offer phone readings, you will need a reliable phone; video readings also need a working camera and microphone.
Your tax responsibilities
As an independent Sacred Reader, you are responsible for your applicable federal, state and self-employment taxes. Required tax forms will be provided according to applicable law and our confirmed reporting arrangements.
We’d love to meet you.
Send us a few details below. Your application will go directly to the Star of Danu inbox, and we’ll contact you to arrange your conversation and sample reading.
