Star of Danu Marketplace Rules

These are the current marketplace rules for Sacred Readers. They summarize the conduct customers can expect from readers and work alongside the signed Ethics Agreement and other onboarding requirements.

1. Honest identity and profile information

Readers must use their own approved account, provide truthful onboarding and profile information, accurately describe their tools and experience, and may not impersonate another person or allow another person to conduct sessions through their account.

2. Guidance, not licensed professional services

Readers may provide spiritual, intuitive and reflective guidance. They may not diagnose or treat medical or mental-health conditions; provide legal, tax, investment or other licensed professional advice; predict medical outcomes including pregnancy outcomes; or present a reading as a substitute for emergency or professional care.

3. No fear, coercion or guaranteed outcomes

Readers may not claim that a customer is cursed or threatened by supernatural harm in order to sell services or goods; guarantee a future outcome; claim they can alter the future for payment; pressure a customer into repeated sessions; or exploit grief, fear, dependency or vulnerability.

4. Platform integrity

Paid sessions and extensions must remain within Star of Danu. Readers may not solicit off-platform payment, direct customers to competing paid services during a Star of Danu relationship, share accounts, manipulate reviews, create fake customer activity or misrepresent availability.

5. Respect, privacy and boundaries

Readers must maintain professional boundaries, protect customer information, avoid harassment and discrimination, honor blocks and contact preferences, and use Reader Mail only for legitimate platform communication. Private customer details may not be published or used for unrelated purposes.

6. Sessions and records

Readers must follow the booked method and duration and disclose material interruptions. Star of Danu does not record or transcribe phone or video readings and does not offer audio or video recording features. Written chat readings are saved as text transcripts in the customer’s My Readings area. Readers and customers must not independently record sessions without appropriate authorization from Star of Danu and all participants. This includes screen recording, audio capture and recording with external devices. Star of Danu does not offer a recording feature and cannot technically prevent every form of external recording.

7. Safety and prohibited services

Readers may not provide gambling or lottery-number services, sexual services, curse-removal sales, unlawful services, or any service that requires a customer to purchase physical goods to obtain a promised spiritual result. Crisis situations should be redirected to appropriate emergency or professional resources.

8. Enforcement

Star of Danu may coach, warn, limit, suspend or remove a Reader when reasonably necessary for safety, fraud prevention, policy compliance or platform integrity. Serious conduct may result in immediate suspension while facts are reviewed.
