The Star of Danu Irish Speciality Shoppe is growing from a simple belief: beautiful things should not have to be expensive to feel special.
We hope to gather chocolate and tea, small treasures and thoughtful gifts, useful things, whimsical things, and pieces that carry a little of Ireland with them — made there, inspired there, rooted in its traditions, or loved by generations of Irish families.
We would rather offer a small collection of things we truly love than fill our shelves simply for the sake of having more.

You should never need to spend a small fortune to treat yourself. A small purchase might bring home a wonderful bar of Irish chocolate, a tiny treasure, or something that simply makes you smile.
When we can keep a price affordable, we will. When something costs more because of the hands, materials or craftsmanship behind it, we will tell you why.

Star of Danu is inspired by a deep fascination with Ireland, its landscape, stories and traditions. We approach that inspiration with curiosity, study and respect. We will be transparent about what is Irish-made, what is Irish-designed, and what is simply inspired by Ireland.

Some treasures may cost more. Many will not. A person's budget should never determine whether they feel welcome here.
