Reviews & Feedback Policy
1. Verified experience
Star of Danu may limit public Reader reviews to customers with a qualifying completed session in order to protect marketplace integrity.
2. What belongs in a review
Reviews should describe the customer’s own experience. They may be positive, neutral or critical, but must not contain threats, harassment, discriminatory abuse, private personal information, unlawful content, extortion or knowingly false impersonation.
3. Moderation
Reviews may be held, removed or limited when they violate policy, appear fraudulent, reveal sensitive information or are tied to payment abuse. Moderation is not a promise that every statement is accurate.
4. No manipulation
Readers may not buy reviews, trade benefits for a particular rating, pressure a customer to change a review, review themselves or coordinate deceptive review activity.
5. Use of feedback
By submitting feedback for publication, the customer grants Star of Danu a non-exclusive license to display it in connection with the marketplace, subject to the Privacy Policy and applicable law.
Respectful review language
Reviews may be as short as “Great!” or as detailed as you wish. A rating and nonblank review are required. Curse words, profanity, threats and abusive language are not permitted. Detected profanity is withheld from publication for moderation. Star ratings and respectful criticism are not grounds for removal.
Automated screening helps identify prohibited language, but disguised wording may require human review. A review containing prohibited language must be rejected with a respectful explanation rather than published unchanged.
An opportunity to revise wording
If your review contains profanity, Star of Danu may email you an invitation to revise its wording. Honest criticism and negative ratings are welcome. Sign in with the original reviewing account and use the invitation within 14 days. Your original star rating stays unchanged, and the revised wording returns to moderation before publication. The original wording and revision history are retained. Email replies do not edit or publish a review.
