Promotions & Recognition Terms

1. Promotional offers

Offer eligibility, redemption window, expiration, qualifying purchase and any code or account restrictions shown with a Star of Danu promotion are part of that offer’s terms. Offers may not be sold or transferred unless expressly allowed.

2. Promotional value

Promotional credits, free minutes and recognition benefits are not cash, stored value or property and have no cash redemption value except where required by law.

3. Reader free minutes

A Reader may grant eligible customers complimentary minutes under platform rules. Free minutes may have an expiration date and apply only to that Reader unless the offer says otherwise.

4. Recognition levels

Recognition levels are account benefits or visual recognition based on qualifying activity defined by Star of Danu. A customer may be allowed to display The Grove appearance for privacy without losing an earned level.

5. Abuse and corrections

Star of Danu may correct obvious errors, reverse benefits obtained through fraud, chargebacks or abuse, and modify future promotional programs with appropriate notice. Material changes will not retroactively take away rights that law requires us to honor.
