Photo, Video & Profile Content Policy

1. Authentic representation

Reader profile names, biographies, credentials, specialties, photos and videos must be accurate enough not to mislead customers about the person providing the service.

2. Rights to content

A Reader may upload only material they own or are authorized to use. Content may not infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity or other rights.

3. Prohibited content

Profile material may not contain nudity or explicit sexual content, hate or discriminatory content, threats, unlawful material, deceptive claims, off-platform payment instructions or private information belonging to another person.

4. Intro media

Star of Danu may set technical and editorial requirements for profile photography and short introduction video, and may require replacement of material that does not meet those standards.

5. Platform license

For content voluntarily submitted for a Reader profile, the Reader grants Star of Danu the limited rights reasonably needed to host, display, format and promote that profile while the marketplace relationship is active, subject to the Reader Agreement.
