Mobile Messaging Terms

1. Program scope

If you opt in to Star of Danu text messages, messages may include transactional notices such as appointment updates, Reader availability or account alerts, and—only where separately authorized—promotional messages.

2. Consent

Consent to marketing text messages is not a condition of purchase. By opting in, you represent that you are authorized to use the mobile number supplied and agree to receive the categories of messages described at the point of consent.

3. Frequency and charges

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply according to your carrier plan. Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

4. STOP and HELP

Reply STOP to opt out of the applicable text program. Reply HELP for help. We may send a final confirmation after an opt-out request.

5. Number changes

If you stop using or transfer a mobile number, update your account promptly so messages intended for you are not sent to a new subscriber.

6. Privacy

Mobile information is handled under the Privacy Policy. Star of Danu does not sell mobile opt-in data for third-party marketing.
