Messaging & Anti-Spam Policy

1. Purpose of Reader Mail

Reader Mail exists to support appropriate follow-up, scheduling and customer service connected to the Star of Danu relationship. It may not be used to harass, threaten, solicit unlawful activity or pressure someone into additional paid services.

2. No spam or list harvesting

Users may not send bulk unsolicited messages, harvest contact details, scrape accounts, upload purchased contact lists or use Star of Danu messaging to advertise unrelated businesses.

3. Off-platform solicitation

Readers may not use messaging to route customers to off-platform payment or paid services, request unnecessary private contact information or circumvent platform safety controls.

4. Blocking and moderation

Customers and Readers may have blocking tools. Star of Danu may review metadata or reported content as permitted by the Privacy Policy to investigate safety, fraud, abuse or policy violations.

5. Marketing email and text

Promotional messages are sent only under the consent and opt-out rules described in the applicable email, cookie and Mobile Messaging terms.
