Live Session Rules

1. Methods and timing

Live sessions may be offered by video, phone or text in the fixed durations displayed by the Reader. A session may be extended only when the customer affirmatively selects an available extension and no scheduling conflict prevents it.

2. Professional boundaries

Readers must maintain respectful boundaries and may not use fear, threats, dependency-building, coercive upselling, curse-removal schemes, guaranteed outcomes or claims of supernatural danger to pressure a customer.

3. No professional substitution

Readers may not diagnose illness, prescribe treatment, direct a customer to ignore professional medical care, provide legal representation or present a reading as professional financial, tax or legal advice.

4. Recording and transcripts

Star of Danu does not record or transcribe phone or video readings and does not offer audio or video recording features. Written chat readings are saved as text transcripts in the customer’s My Readings area. Readers and customers must not independently record sessions without appropriate authorization from Star of Danu and all participants. This includes screen recording, audio capture and recording with external devices. Star of Danu does not offer a recording feature and cannot technically prevent every form of external recording. 5. Privacy during sessions

Users should avoid sharing unnecessary highly sensitive information. Readers may not request passwords, full payment-card details, Social Security numbers or other information that is not needed to provide the reading.

6. Emergency situations

Sacred Readers is not an emergency service. Where a conversation indicates an imminent threat of serious harm, the Reader should stop ordinary spiritual guidance and follow the platform’s safety procedure, which may include directing the person to emergency or crisis resources.
