Customer Guidelines

1. Who may use Sacred Readers

Sacred Readers is intended for adults age 18 and older. Each customer is responsible for their own account, payment method, communications and activity. Accounts may not be shared, impersonated or used to evade a prior restriction.

2. Respectful conduct

Customers must treat Readers, staff and other users with respect. Threats, harassment, discriminatory abuse, stalking, sexual exploitation, fraud, coercion, doxxing and attempts to obtain a Reader’s private contact information are prohibited.

3. Appropriate questions

Customers may seek spiritual or intuitive guidance, reflection and conversation. Sacred Readers is not a substitute for emergency services or licensed medical, mental-health, legal, tax or financial professionals.

4. No off-platform payment pressure

Customers may not ask a Reader to accept payment, gifts or paid services outside Star of Danu in order to bypass platform safeguards or fees. Readers are held to the same rule.

5. Safety actions

Star of Danu may pause, restrict or close accounts when reasonably necessary to address safety, fraud, abuse, payment risk, unlawful activity or material policy violations. Where appropriate, we may preserve relevant records or cooperate with lawful requests.

Usernames and account identity

Choose a respectful username. Usernames must not contain profanity, slurs, sexually explicit language, threats or harassment. Do not impersonate a Sacred Reader, another member, Star of Danu staff or an official platform account, or choose a name that misleadingly suggests affiliation or authority. Star of Danu may require a username change or restrict an account that violates these rules.

Session privacy and recording

Star of Danu does not record or transcribe phone or video readings and does not offer audio or video recording features. Written chat readings are saved as text transcripts in the customer’s My Readings area. Readers and customers must not independently record sessions without appropriate authorization from Star of Danu and all participants. This includes screen recording, audio capture and recording with external devices. Star of Danu does not offer a recording feature and cannot technically prevent every form of external recording.
