1. Not a crisis service

Sacred Readers is not equipped to provide emergency response, crisis counseling or clinical care. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.

2. Reader response

Readers should not attempt to diagnose a crisis or substitute spiritual guidance for emergency or clinical support. They should follow this Safety Escalation Procedure and direct the customer toward appropriate immediate emergency or crisis resources.

3. Imminent harm

Where Star of Danu reasonably believes disclosure is necessary to address an imminent threat of serious harm or to comply with law, information may be preserved or disclosed as permitted by the Privacy Policy and applicable law.
